Combined Shear and Tension Loading—for Multi-Set Anchors

Allowable loads for anchors subjected to combined shear and tension forces are determined by the following equation:

Ps = Applied tension load    Vs = Applied shear load   Pt = Allowable tension load    VT = Allowable shear load
